About me

I’m Aly, your guide on this transformation journey

Vedic Meditation came into my life after two decades of working on Wall Street in technology transformation, and it was only then that the impact of stress was highlighted for me.

A transcending technique (an ancient technology), Vedic Meditation gives one a profound transformation as a person. I felt more energy, mental clarity, and my baseline experience is saturated with more curiosity and playfulness.

I'd love to share this practice with you. It can work for you too!
