What is it?
Vedic Meditation is an eyes-closed mantra-based meditation technique. It is an ancient technology that provides one with a systematic and effortless approach to have a direct experience of one’s essence - being. Once contacted, it produces profound benefits on physical and mental wellbeing.
The body experiences a deep rest, which triggers the self-repair mechanism of the body. As a result of which, accumulated stress is released from the body and one gains mental clarity.
Where is it from?
Vedic Meditation came from the Veda, which is a body of knowledge that dates back to 5,000 years in India, the source of yoga and Ayurveda medicine.
Who is it for?
This technique is specifically designed for householders like you and me, who live in society and have day-to-day life demands. Anyone can practice regardless of the belief system and lifestyle. It is a very simple, natural, innocent process.

Aly Liu teaches Vedic Meditation and was trained to teach this form of meditation by Thom Knoles. Thom was trained as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation (“TM”) by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (“Maharishi”), and taught it for over 25 years with organizations affiliated with Maharishi. Since 1997, Thom has continued to teach this meditation as he learned it from Maharishi, and has done so independently and separately from the TM organizations, using the terms “Vedic Meditation". Thom Knoles trained Aly to teach meditation as Thom was trained to teach meditation by Maharishi. Aly teaches Vedic Meditation independently and separately from TM organizations, and is not affiliated with those organizations.
