Here is how you start the course…
1 - Attend a Free Intro Talk
During the introductory talk, I will cover the following but not limited to:
the origin of this meditation technique
how it differs from other styles of meditation
the benefits of Vedic Meditation
the mechanics behind how the benefits are achieved
the course overview
the take-home program overview
the post-course on-going support structure
and address any questions that you might have
The introductory talk is a pre-requisite for starting the 4-day meditation course.
2 - Take the 4-Day Course
The meditation course will be conducted in person over a consecutive of 4 days.
The first day is an initiation day when you will receive a personalized mantra and learn the meditation technique.
The following 3 days of follow up sessions will cover:
I will show you how to meditate and meditate with you.
Knowledge about the mechanics of the technique, which is designed to deepen students’ understanding day over day.
Also, reviews of your home practice experience, which you will have multiple opportunities to do.
You will be completely self-sufficient at the end of the 4-day course.
3 - Here is how you continue with the support…
The course investment includes a lifetime of support for consistent practice and opportunities to deepen your knowledge
Group Meditation
Attending regular group meditation is a great way to keep up with the practice and continue to dive deep in the knowledge.
I am offering weekly group meditation and knowledge talks for existing practitioners of either Vedic Meditation (VM) or Transcendental Meditation (TM). The format can be in person or online.

Course Refresher
Once you have taken the course, you are eligible to take the 3-day follow-up sessions as a refresher anytime when a course is offered, either by me or my colleagues.
This is a great way to fine-tune the technique or get back on the wagon should one fall off the practice.
